Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SAP Trainer to join a major business transformation program delivering enterprise-wide SAP capability uplift. This 10-month contract offers the chance to play a critical role in driving user adoption, capability building, and long-term success across multiple business functions.

Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership groups, you will design and deliver engaging SAP learning experiences, create user-focused training materials, and provide ongoing coaching and support.

You will contribute to a high-profile transformation program covering Finance, Sales, Customer Operations, and Supply Chain functions while helping users build confidence and capability with new SAP processes and tools.

What you'll do

- Deliver engaging user training programs using SAP Enable Now
n
- Design and develop eLearning modules, training courses, and learning content
n
- Create user guides, quick reference materials, and supporting documentation
n
- Collaborate with project teams to align learning outcomes with business objectives
n
- Support change adoption through effective learning and capability initiatives
n
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
n




- Provide ongoing post-training support to reinforce learning outcomes
n
- Drive user readiness across multiple business functions and operational teams
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning approaches and training assets
n

What you'll need

n

n
- Proven experience delivering SAP training within enterprise environments
n
- Strong expertise using SAP EnableNow and/or WalkMe
n
- Experience developing eLearning content, learning pathways, and training materials
n
- Knowledge across one or more SAP functional areas including FI/CO, SD, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, or WMS
n
- Solid stakeholder engagement
n
- Experience supporting business transformation or ERP programs
n
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA highly regarded
n
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship building skills
n
