Southern City Bathroom Renovations – Bunbury, WA

Southern City Bathroom Renovations is a well-established, family-owned business based in Bunbury, Western Australia. We provide end-to-end renovation services for residential and commercial projects, including current builds and renovations. We are seeking two skilled and experienced Joiners to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Interpret technical drawings, work orders and specifications to determine joinery requirements, materials, dimensions and installation methods.
n
- Select and prepare suitable materials, including solid timber, veneers, particleboard, laminates and engineered wood products.
n
- Manufacture and assemble custom joinery products, including kitchens, bathroom cabinetry, wardrobes, built-in furniture and related timber fittings.
n
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, machine and finish timber and manufactured board using woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools.
n
- Fit and install completed joinery, cabinetry, benchtops, hardware and associated fixtures on-site.
n
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions to ensure joinery is manufactured and fitted to precise specifications.

- Repair, modify and maintain existing joinery, cabinetry and timber fittings as required.

- Ensure all joinery work meets quality standards, project specifications and workplace health and safety requirements.
n

Working Hours

n

Ordinary hours are Monday to Friday

n

Work is generally scheduled Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm (hours may vary based on project requirements)

n

Employees are expected to manage their time effectively to meet agreed deadlines and communicate any variations as required

n

Remuneration and Benefits

n

n
- Annual salary starting from AUD $79,423 , inclusive of four weeks' paid annual leave
n
- Fully maintained company vehicle provided
n
- All tools and personal protective equipment supplied
n
- Superannuation contributions paid in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992

Role Requirements

n

n
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
n
- A minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience in joinery
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Work visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates
n
- Valid driver's license
n
- Expected commencement: Immediate , subject to availability
