Concrete Construction Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion and handover. This is a senior delivery role responsible for project performance, client relationships, subcontractor coordination, commercial outcomes and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

- Manage projects safely, professionally and within programme and budget.
- Lead clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
- Manage site progress, quality, defects, risks and compliance.
- Oversee contracts, variations, progress claims, retentions and SOPA subcontractor claims.
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, reporting and financial performance.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear weekly reports to management.
- Identify issues early and implement practical solutions.




- Ensure accurate project records, handover documents and final close-out.
- Support and mentor Project Managers and site teams.

About you

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in Australian commercial construction.
- Robust knowledge of construction contracts, project delivery and subcontractor management.
- Experience with variations, progress claims, retentions and commercial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, programme and cost control.
- Organised, accountable and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
