The Ezy Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Advisor to join our Moranbah team for an immediate start.

Job Description

- Administration tasks including but not limited to -
n
- Monitoring, tracking and organising workshop bookings on daily basis
n
- Preparing quotes for mechanical tasks / rental car enquiries
n
- Inventory and stock maintenance
n
- Working closely with Workshop Manager / Branch Manager
n
- Communicating mechanical faults with customers
n
- Tracking, organising and maintaining administration tasks related to Ezy Vehicle Rentals fleet
n
- Invoicing and debtor collection
n
- Courtesy collection and return of customers
n
- General enquiries and administration
n
- Provide a supporting role for key personnel
n
- Up-selling our additional products and services
n
- In addition to the Mechanical position, you will also assist the Rental Administrator in creating bookings, preparing vehicles ready for hire and assisting with any rental inquiries.

- You require a good understanding of team work andare competent in managing yourself when unsupervised. You can handle at times an unpredictable environment. You must be a quick learnerwithout compromising attention to detail.

- Exceptional customer service and sales skills

- An outgoing friendly personality with a positive attitude

- Maturity and initiative
n
- Understanding of Cash Handling Procedures & use of EFTPOS
n
- Proven computer, numerical and literacy skills
n
- Ability to work within a paperless computer based scheduling & maintenance system
n
- Experience with Google Drive & Programs
n
- Good organisational & time management skills
n
- Team Orientated with the ability to work autonomously and be self motivated
n

- An ability to complete all tasks required as this is a "hands-on" position

- Have strong problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure
n
- Some Mechanical & parts knowledge background would be advantageous
n
- Exceptional grooming & personal presentation standards

- Excellent ability to movevehicles in tight spaces, reversing skills essential
n
- Manual Open Drivers License preferred but will accept Automatic license
n
- Own accommodation in Moranbah & reliable Transport to/from work
