This casual Housekeeper position at BIG4 Moama Holiday Park in Moama, NSW offers an excellent prospect to join a dynamic and growing hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our holiday park's accommodation and facilities, contributing to our guests' overall experience.

What you'll be doing

- Thoroughly clean and prepare cabins and communal areas to the highest standard
n
- Restock and replenish supplies in cabins and common areas
n
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues
n
- Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols
n
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests
n
- Collaborate with the wider housekeeping team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

What we're looking for

n
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry (not mandatory)
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
n




- Strong time management and organisational skills to efficiently complete tasks
n
- Friendly, customer-service oriented approach and the ability to work well in a team
n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
