The Role

n

Reporting to the Site Leader, this role will lead the site's packing and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable execution across packing, inventory and dispatch.

n

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Lead the packing and warehouse team and drive daily performance
n
- Oversee packing, storage, inventory and dispatch activities
n
- Coordinate weekly packing requirements with production and planning
n
- Manage daily outbound loads and warehouse movements
n
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure effective SAP transactions
n
- Troubleshoot packing equipment and improve packing efficiency
n
- Coordinate labour and resources to meet operational requirements
n
- Drive continuous improvement across packing and warehouse processes
n
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting service or productivity
n
- Build team capability, accountability and engagement
n

Your Background

n

This role suits an experienced Warehouse, Packing or Operations Supervisor with a robust background in manufacturing, logistics or a similar operational environment.

n

You will also have the following skills & experience:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience across warehouse, packing, logistics or manufacturing
n
- Previous experience leading a small operational team
n
- Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory and dispatch processes
n
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system
n
- Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills
n
- Technically minded with an ability to troubleshoot automated equipment
n
- Experience in a highly automated manufacturing setting
n
- Hands-on, flexible and willing to support operations when required
n
- Food, FMCG, ingredients or manufacturing experience is highly regarded
n
