We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal), with a refined understanding of luxury retail and jewellery. Key Responsibilities

Own the store's performance, from sales and KPIs to visual merchandising and operational excellence

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, client-focused team

Manage inventory, stock control, and reporting with precision

Skills & Experience

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), both written and spoken

n

Demonstrated experience in luxury jewellery retail.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and elevate a team
