Job Description

Infinite Aged Care (Knoxfield) invites applications for a Clinical Care Manager to lead and mentor our clinical team, drive resident-centred care, and ensure regulatory compliance within a not-for-profit aged care home.

You will partner with the Clinical Care Coordinator, nurse mentors and the Knoxfield General Manager to deliver timely, compassionate care, develop care plans, manage feedback, and uphold best-practice standards across the home.
