What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming and engaging every customer with genuine enthusiasm.

- Helping customers find their perfect fragrance through personalised scent consultations.

- Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
n
- Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation.
n
- Processing sales accurately and efficiently.
n
- Building customer loyalty through outstanding service.
n
- Working collaboratively with your team to create a positive, high-energy environment.

About You
n
n
- Have previous retail or customer service experience (fragrance, beauty or fashion experience is highly regarded).
n
- Love talking to people and creating memorable customer experiences.
n
- Are confident recommending products and closing sales.
n
- Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every shift.
n
- Enjoy working towards goals and celebrating team success.
n
- Are reliable, professional and available to work a flexible retail roster, including weekends and late-night trade.
