- $100,000 plus super
n
- 1 week on, 1 week off roster

- Salary increasing to $110,000 plus super (post probation) and $120,000 plus super (12 months)

- $1,000 PD allowance+10 hours PD leave

- Bonus structure:$100weekly when KPI is met and$60/hourabove KPI

- Custom CRM for notes, billables, KPI and reminders, plus strong online team support

The Role:
n
You'll deliver community-based services in settings such as homes,
schools and local community venues. The caseload is diverse and will include NDIS participants, with some private, aged care and hospital clients.
n
You'll complete assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy, contribute to functional capacity assessments and reporting, and manage your own diary. You'll work independently day-to-day while staying connected to discipline leaders via structured supervision and team systems.

- Qualification in Speech Pathology

- SPA membership/eligibility
n
- Full driver's licence
n
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
- NDIS Screening Check
n
