As a Senior Application Services Specialist at Charter Hall, you'll play a key role in connecting the systems, data and processes that underpin our people, properties and customer experience. Working across integration, automation, low-code and data platforms including Workato, Power Platform and Dynamics 365, you'll help remove inefficiencies, improve decision-making and create smarter ways of working across the business.

- Drive reliable business-critical platforms by owning and supporting applications that underpin property operations, customer experiences, ESG reporting and core business processes across Charter Hall.

- Improve the way our people work by identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and streamline processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing the user experience.

- Shape and deliver meaningful change by partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions, low-code enhancements and platform improvements.

- Enable trusted data and better decisions by supporting integrations, data quality and reporting services that help teams operate efficiently and make informed decisions.

What you'll bring to the team

n

n
- Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience,

- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or technology, or equivalent practical experience.
n
- At least three years' experience providing second or third-line support for business-critical enterprise or cloud applications.
n
- Hands-on experience administering, configuring and supporting applications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Workato, Pega, ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise platform.
n
- Practical knowledge of APIs, authentication, data mapping, scheduled jobs and data flows, with the ability to monitor and troubleshoot integrations across multiple applications.
n
- Experience managing environments, configuration, user access, security roles, licences, releases and routine platform maintenance.
n
- Strong experience with incident, problem, service request and change management, including root-cause analysis and working to agreed service levels.
n
- Ability to plan and perform functional, regression and user acceptance testing, validate releases and provide post-deployment support.
n
- Understanding of data quality, reconciliation, reporting, security, privacy, access management and governance within enterprise systems.
n




- Ability to create and maintain support runbooks, configuration records, integration maps, knowledge articles and troubleshooting guidance.
