The Chance

n

We are seeking casual Production Operators to join our manufacturing team at our Yandina wet plant facility.

n

In our wet plant, we produce premium ready-to-use renders, textures and protective coatings used to create durable, decorative finishes on homes and commercial buildings across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands‐on role where you will build your skills through a structured training and competency program while working across our production plant.

Shift Hours and Casual Hourly Rates - Let us know your preferred ongoing shift

n

n
- Morning Shift: $36.05 per hour. Monday - Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm
n
- Afternoon Shift: $41.45 per hour. Monday - Thursday , 1.00pm to 11.00pm
n

n

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

n

Casual roles working up to 38 hours per week,



with opportunity for progression to a full-time position for the right person. Forklift licence is essential.

n

Responsibilities

n

You will be trained across a variety of production tasks including:

n

n
- Preparing and weighing raw materials for production batches
n
- Mixing products using industrial mixers and automated systems
n
- Operating filling and packing equipment
n
- Conducting quality checks and recording production data
n
- Handling materials and replenishing stock to maintain production flow
n
- Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards across the plant
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
- Positive and willing to learn
n
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
n
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25kg
n
- Safety-focused with good attention to detail.
n
- LF forklift licence essential, along with a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
- Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
n
