Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
n
- Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
n
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
n
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.
n
- Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum.
n

About You:
n
n
- Proven experience as a PM or SPM.
n
- MUST have commercial new build experience $80M+.
n
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
n
- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
n
