Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the strategic direction of the business and ensure effective execution of growth initiatives.

- Drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth through both existing and recent market opportunities.

- Deliver full commercial accountability across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and financial performance.

- Lead and execute major business transformation initiatives to improve capability, scalability and competitiveness.

- Build, develop and inspire a high-performing leadership team and an accountable, performance-driven culture.
n
- Strengthen strategic customer relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities and channels for growth.

About You:

You are an experienced CEO, Managing Director,



General Manager or Country Manager with a demonstrated track record of leading manufacturing businesses with full commercial and operational accountability.

n

You are recognised as a transformational leader who combines strong commercial acumen with operational discipline and the ability to execute at pace.

n

In addition, you will bring:

- Proven success delivering aggressive growth strategies and market expansion initiatives.
n
- Experience leading business transformation, organisational redesign and performance improvement programs.
n
- Strong P&L; management capability with a focus on profitability, cash flow and sustainable growth.
n
- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and expand recurring or repeat revenue streams.
n
- A track record of building high-performing executive leadership teams.
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at Board level.
