About the role

n

We're looking for an experienced forklift operator to join our SYD depot on anmorning shift, Monday to Friday (4:00am start). You'll be working across our temperature-controlled docks (0–4°C) handling chilled freight, so previous cold-chain experience is essential. This is a hands‐on role for someone who can run their own dock, work unsupervised, and keep freight moving accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing

- Loading and unloading trucks across temperature-controlled docks (0–4°C)
n
- Consolidating and configuring freight for trucks & trailer loads, both inbound and outbound
n
- Loading B-doubles, singles etc with correct weight distribution and load planning
n
- Handling LTL (less-than-truckload) temperature-controlled freight
n
- Checking, scanning and staging freight accurately
n




- Working independently to meet shift cut-off times
n
- Keeping the dock safe, clean and organised
n

What you'll need

n

n
- Previous experience in a cold / temperature-controlled environment (essential)
n
- Proven experience loading, unloading and consolidating temperature-controlled freight
n
- Current forklift licence (LF)
n
- Confidence working unsupervised and managing your own workload
n
- Available and willing to work overtime
n
- Reliable, safety-focused and committed to afternoon shifts
n
