Myhealth M-City is a busy full service medical centre located in the M-City Shopping centre in Clayton.

We have a large range of services here, including GP's, Optometry, Psychology, Dietitian, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Gastroenterology and Pathology.

n

We are seeking a casual Medical Receptionist for ongoing work at a busy medical centre in Clayton. Experience in Best Practice Software beneficial.

n

The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly motivated, have good initiative and can work in a faced paced and complex workplace.

n

Our team are a tight knit, hardworking group of people looking for someone to help us on busy days and sick days with the potential for more permanent hours for the right person.

n

There is also the potential to pick up shifts at our sister clinics close by,



there is never usually a shortage of work for a willing casual employee!

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Be able to cover shifts at short notice
n
- Answer and navigate complex phone calls
n
- Ability to multitask under pressure
n
- Debt Recovery and taking payments
n
- Ability to follow instructions
n
- Dealing with confidential information
n
- Dealing with potentially difficult or highly emotional patients
n
- Promptly actioning doctors requests
n
- Cleaning and organizing
n
- Medicare and insurance claims
n
- Strong work ethics
n
