- Change management certification, with 5+ years' experience managing change, and strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Ability to develop and implement integrated change management and communication strategies for Technology and Workforce Operations initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder assessment, engagement and communication planning to ensure impacted audiences are informed, prepared and supported through change.
- Ability to design and deliver end-to-end communication plans, including leadership communications, presentations, newsletters, intranet content, FAQs, video scripts and change collateral.
- Ability to develop actionable change management plans incorporating stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments, training requirements and resistance management strategies.




- Highly developed team-oriented and partnering approach to stakeholder management, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence individuals as required.
- Effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills, including communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to provide strategic communications advice and coaching to senior leaders to help them communicate business priorities, transformation initiatives and organisational change.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and the phases of the project lifecycle.
- Works systematically to resolve problems, identify causes, anticipate implications and make informed decisions.
