About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support our finance function in a busy and technology-driven environment.

n

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is highly organised, adaptable, comfortable learning new systems, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
n
- Accounts payable processing and payment runs
n
- Payroll processing and reconciliations
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero
n
- Supporting month-end activities
n
- Assisting with audits and compliance requirements
n
- Following established financial controls and procedures
n
- Working across multiple systems, payment platforms and applications
n

About You

n

You are a confident and capable Bookkeeper who enjoys technology and can quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

n

Skills & Experience

n

n




- Previous bookkeeping or finance officer experience
n
- Strong Xero experience
n
- Payroll and accounts payable experience
n
- Excellent reconciliation skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n
- Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently
n

Highly Regarded

- Trust accounting experience
n
- Professional services or NFP experience
n
- Exposure to audit and compliance environments
n
- Experience using AI and automation tools
n
