The Opportunity

You'll work closely with a high-performing Associate and be positioned as the right‐hand leader of the team, with a clear pathway into a Manager‐level role.

This is a hands‐on, client‐facing position where you'll:

- Manage and nurture an established portfolio of clients.
n
- Lead,
mentor and support team members (including offshore resources).
n
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting and tax matters.
n
- Play a key role in driving team performance and growth.
n
n
What We're Looking For

We're targeting a well‐rounded professional who brings:

- Solid experience in Australian public practice accounting & tax.
n
- A proven client‐facing background.
n
- Confidence in reviewing work, problem‐solving and decision‐making
n
- Excellent communication skills and client rapport.
