Alinea International is seeking a Team Lead and MERLA Advisor for the Australian Water Partnership (AWP) in Canberra. You will lead the advisory team, coordinate MEL activities, and ensure the AWP MEL system aligns with the IDD, Mid-Term Review and governance requirements.
Reporting to the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will foster a solid evidence-based culture, manage staff and consultants, and oversee performance reporting, evaluations, and knowledge brokering across the portfolio.
