About the role

You will be responsible for the fabrication and forming of components used in custom truck bodies and specialised vehicles.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
- Operate brake presses, guillotines and sheet metal folders
n
- Folding and forming zinc, steel and aluminium
n
- Welding and general fabrication
n
- Read and interpret basic drawings and measurements
n
- Produce quality components to required specifications
n
- Maintain a safe and organised work area
n
n
About you
n
n
- Previous experience operating a brake press
n
- Experience using guillotines and sheet metal folders
n
- Welding and fabrication experience
n
- Experience working with zinc, steel and aluminium
n
- Ability to read measurements and drawings
n
- Robust attention to detail and quality
n
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Previous experience in truck body building or automotive manufacturing will be highly regarded
