Lead major automation projects from our Perth office and help shape the future of Australian industry.
n
We're looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join Alliance Automation's growing Perth team. Working across Mining & Resources, Energy, Infrastructure and Heavy Industry, you'll lead the safe, profitable and successful delivery of complex automation and control systems projects for some of Western Australia's leading industrial operators.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of project outcomes, build strong client relationships, mentor engineering teams and drive commercial performance. You'll be supported by a business that values expertise, backs its people and invests in long-term career growth.

What You'll Be Doing
n

- Leading projects from scope development through to commissioning
n
- Managing project budgets, schedules, resources and commercial outcomes
n
- Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n
- Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to successful project delivery
n
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
n
- Driving a strong HSEQ and continuous improvement culture
n

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience managing engineering or automation projects

- A solution focused attitude and growth mindset

- Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder management skills

- Experience within Mining, Resources, Energy, Water or Heavy Industry
