About the role
n We're seeking an experiencedHeavy Lift Supervisorto join our team on a contract basis inPerth, WA. This is a strategic role that will be responsible for coordinating complex heavy lifting operations to support ourconstruction projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding ofplant and machinery operationsand a proven track record in delivering safe and efficient heavy lift activities.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and implement detailed lift plans for heavy machinery and equipment
n
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all heavy lift activities are executed safely and efficiently
n
- Monitor and oversee heavy lift operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
n
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on proper heavy lift procedures
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all heavy lift activities
n

What we're looking for
n
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as aHeavy Lift Coordinatoror similar role in theconstruction industry
n
- Thorough knowledge ofplant and machinery operations, including cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment
n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, lift plans, and technical specifications
n
- Robust problem-solving and decision‐making skills to address issues on site
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
n
- Certification in rigger, crane operator, and/or other relevant plant operator roles
