Project & Procurement Officer | ACT Government Contract

Are you an experienced Project & Procurement Officer looking for your next contract opportunity? We're recruiting for an exciting 9-month contract within a government organisation, offering a competitive hourly rate, hybrid working arrangements, and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects. What's on Offer

- 9-month contract with an immediate start
- $67.70 - $88.94 per hour + Super (PAYG)
- $75.82 - $99.61 per hour (ABN)
- Hybrid working arrangement - minimum 3 days per week in the office
- Dickson, ACT location
- Opportunity to work on meaningful government projects

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
- Assist with procurement activities in line with government policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement documentation, reports, contracts and project correspondence.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support contract administration and supplier management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

About You

- Experience in project coordination,



project support or project administration.
- Procurement and/or contract management experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous government experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
