Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to work on high-profile, complex developments with a dynamic, tight-knit team? Our client, a leading project management and advisory firm is seeking a Project Manager to join their Melbourne office.

About the Role

n

n
- Lead client-side delivery on medium to large-scale projects ($50M–$500M).
n
- Opportunity to work across a range of projects including education, high-end residential, retail, hospitality, and aged care.
n
- Manage budgets, timelines, and contractors while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
n
- Mentor junior PMs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
n
- Autonomy to make decisions and drive projects from inception to completion.
n
- Exposure to an extremely exciting client base
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 5+ years of PM experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale or precinct projects.
n




- Previous experience working for a client-side project management consultancy is a must.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and mentor junior staff.
n
