About the Opportunity

n

Join an established Brisbane architectural practice delivering residential, multi-residential, commercial and industrial projectsfor developer and builder clients.
n This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Architect / Project Leadto take genuine ownership of projects, clients and teams - becoming the key person responsible for project delivery while still working closely with experienced Directors and a collaborative architectural team.

n

This isn't a role where you'll spend all day drafting. The focus is on leading projects, managing clients and guiding your team, while remaining technically knowledgeable and jumping into Revit/documentation when required.

The Role

n

n
- Lead projects through design, documentation and delivery
n
- Take ownership of projects
n
- Become the key day-to-day contact for clients
n
- Lead and coordinate internal architectural teams
n
- Manage consultants, builders and external stakeholders
n
- Oversee technical quality and project documentation
n




- Deliver projects around client briefs, budgets and commercial requirements
n

About You

n

n
- 10+ years architectural experience
n
- Strong Project Architect / Project Lead experience
n
- Proven ability to independently run and deliver projects
n
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience leading architectural project teams
n
- Strong technical and documentation capability
n
- Commercially minded approach to architecture
n
- Developer and/or builder client experience highly regarded
n
- Revit preferred but not essential
n
- Registered Architect preferred but not essential
n
