- Lead, coach and develop a team of Case Managers
n
- Oversee team portfolios, workflow and resources through to claims resolution
n
- Monitor service standards and KPI performance
n
- Provide coaching and feedback to support individual and team success
n
- Provide technical guidance on complex claims and customer matters
n
- Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities and implement strategies
n
- Coordinate quality assurance activities
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
n
- Partner with senior leaders to achieve operational objectives and support business performance
n

Requirements

n

n
- Demonstrated experience leading a claims team within the superannuation, life insurance or personal injury industry
n
- Strong technical knowledge of superannuation and/or life insurance claims
n
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice
n
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams in a quick-paced environment
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
n
- Ability to satisfy a National Police Check
n
