The Role

n

We are seeking an experienced EUC Deployment & Field Support Engineer to join a high-performing deployment and technology delivery team.

n

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting large-scale device deployments, Windows 11 migrations, endpoint provisioning, field rollout activities, and end-user technology support across multiple customer sites and gaming venues.

n

You will play a key role in ensuring successful deployment outcomes by installing, configuring, validating, and supporting devices and workplace technology solutions while working closely with project teams, customers, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Support Windows 11 migration and device refresh activities.
n
- Perform device installation, configuration, provisioning, and validation using Microsoft Intune.
n
- Execute field deployment activities across gaming venues and customer sites.
n
- Validate network connectivity, peripherals, and site readiness prior to deployment.
n
- Provide hands-on deployment support during rollout and cutover windows.
n
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
n
- Assist with deployment monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation activities.
n
- Support rollout coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
n
- Collaborate with project teams, service desk teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

What You'll Need

n

n
- Experience as a Deployment Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, EUC Engineer, Field Support Engineer, or similar role.
n
- Hands‐on experience with Windows 10/11 deployments and device refresh programs.
n
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and device provisioning.
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and peripheral technologies.
n
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
n
- Experience supporting end users during technology rollouts and migrations.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and travel between deployment locations as required.
n

Desirable Skills

n

n
- Experience with Microsoft Autopilot.
n
- Exposure to SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
n
- PowerShell scripting experience.
n
- Experience supporting retail, hospitality, gaming, or multi‐site environments.
n
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
n
- Experience working on large‐scale deployment or transformation programs.
n
