Join our Stepz Fitness team in Narellan! We're seeking a dedicated individual who can oversee our new premium facility. This is a gym managerial role. We are seeking an experienced Full time gym Manager / Fitness Club Manager to lead daily operations and drive membership growth.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 + Functional Group Training fitness club
n
- Sales & Growth
n
- Lead from the front with tours, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
n
- Drive membership growth and retention.
n
- Lead, coach, and manage Personal Trainers and staff
n
- Maintain high standards across member experience, cleanliness, and compliance
n




- Deliver and lead functional group training sessions where required
n
- Ensure the club is always tour-ready and KPI-focused
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Gym Manager, Assistant Manager, or Fitness Sales Manager
n
- Strong background in sales, lead conversion, and customer service
n
- Confident team leader with high personal energy on the gym floor
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends
n
- Robust customer service, communication, and administrative skills
n
- Self-motivation with a passion for health and fitness
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n

n

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

n

n
- Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
n
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
n
- Prior experience in a 24-hour gym is a plus, but not required
n

n
