What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Estimator within the collision repair industry.
n
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs.
n
- Experience using iBodyshop (essential), along with PartsCheck, Audanet, Estimage, and ORM.
n
- Experience preparing and managing third-party insurance quotes.
n
- Excellent computer, organisational, and time management skills.
n
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities

n

- Prepare accurate repair estimates using iBodyshop (essential).
n
- Complete vehicle arrival inspections,



including mapping and imaging where required.
n
- Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, and customers throughout the repair process.
n
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards, returning vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
n
- Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery.
n
- Coordinate customer handovers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Work closely with the production team to keep repairs on schedule.
n
