On Site - Finance Administrator (Part Time)

You'll work directly with the Managing Director and leadership team, overseeing all financial reporting and compliance across both businesses. This isn't just a back-office role, it's a chance to shape financial strategy and implement improvements that make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities

n

- Full accounts management: payables, receivables, reconciliations
n
- BAS, PAYG, and superannuation compliance and lodgements
n
- Weekly payroll processing and employee entitlement tracking
n
- Financial reporting: cashflow, P&L;, payroll, and more
n
- End-of-year reconciliations and summaries
n
- Liaising with ATO, banks, and external accountants as required
n
- Supporting HR functions including employee contracts, onboarding docs,



and job descriptions
n
- Purchasing and stock control
n
- International freight arrangements
n

What You'll Bring

- Solid experience in a similar finance role (multi-entity experience a bonus)
n
- Proficiency in Xero
n
- A self-starting attitude with strong problem-solving skills
n
- Payroll and basic HR understanding preferred
n
- A genuine desire to improve systems, not just "do the job"
