An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Conveyancer to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis. We are seeking a dedicated individual with robust attention to detail, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement. While a Registered Conveyancer is preferred, we also welcome applications from experienced Conveyancing File Managers looking to further their career.

Key responsibilities

Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish

Providing accurate and timely advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and industry professionals

Preparing Contracts for Sale and Form 1 documentation

Ordering and reviewing government and statutory searches

Coordinating settlements and liaising with all parties involved in transactions

Handling a variety of transaction types, including land divisions, transfers, leases, and related property matters

About you

Proven conveyancing experience with the ability to independently manage files

Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills





A professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders

The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment

High levels of integrity, reliability, and professionalism

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment

Registration as a Conveyancer (preferred but not essential)

Experience with complex transactions, including land divisions and leases (preferred but not essential)
