CatholicCare NT in Darwin seeks a dedicated MBCP Team Leader to oversee the Darwin MBCP, Co-responder model and Men’s Court Support Programs. You will lead and supervise staff, applying qualified knowledge to improve practice and coordinate with associated women’s services to reduce risk.

The role requires qualifications in Men’s Behaviour Change, substantial team leadership, and familiarity with DFV frameworks, CBT/ACT/DBT therapies, and Motivational Interviewing.
