Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Technical Lead to support a major Federal Government identity transformation program.

n

You will provide technical leadership across enterprise IAM capabilities, working closely with architects, engineers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to define and implement up-to-date Identity Governance, Access Management and Entra ID services.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead Identity & Access Management technical delivery activities.
n
- Develop and mature Identity Governance frameworks.
n
- Drive identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
n
- Define RBAC and access governance models.
n
- Lead Entra ID and federation architecture initiatives.
n
- Oversee application onboarding and identity integrations.
n




- Support IAM architecture, security governance and compliance activities.
n
- Mentor and guide architects, engineers and specialists.
n

Essential Experience

n

n
- Technical Lead, IAM Architect or Identity Architect experience.
n
- Microsoft Entra ID.
n
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
n
- Identity Lifecycle Management.
n
- SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect and SCIM.
n
- Access Governance, Certification and Entitlement Management.
n
- Application onboarding and federation design.
n
- Active NV1 clearance.
n
