Job Description
This Role:
n
The Occupancy Planner will lead the collection and analysis of business, occupancy, and space data, prepare occupancy recommendations and presentations, support client move requests, and deliver regular reports.
n
Duties include but are not limited to:
n
n
- Track and manage space and occupancy data within relevant technologies.
n
- Develop space solutions by analyzing occupancy, utilization, and space data.
n
- Handle tactical occupancy planning (e.g., space planning, block and stack plans) and prepare options/recommendations.
n
- Collaborate with the occupancy planning team on strategic solutions for campus/building forecasts and concerns.
n
- Work with facilities management teams on projects related to moves, space audits, occupancy, vacancy, and change management.
n
- Facilitate transfer of approved occupancy plans to MAC (Move, Add, Change) team for implementation.
n
- Ensure accurate reporting using IWMS tools and maintain key relationships for seating assignments.
n
- Identify proactive needs, troubleshoot deficiencies, and implement best practices.
n
- Manages PA space/occupancy data (supply/demand, growth, allocation).
n
- Main contact POC for all Australia + New Zealand PAs/Groups/Teams. Develops site Stacking Plan options.
n
- Depending on workload and regional need, work on OP strategy and analysis for other countries in South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines)
n
- Tracks reorganizations and demand changes. Manages RRU and team updates.
n
- Updates monthly portfolio review and commentary.
n
- Quarterly SFT forecast review to assess demand-supply risk and plan proactively.
n
- Develops strategy deck components for site strategy and forecasted demand.
n
- Collaborates with MAC/Ops for seamless plan/project delivery.
n
- Reviews current project requests and business feedback.
n
- Creates and maintains planning project records.
n
- Responds to GUTS tickets. Conducts regular data quality governance.
n
- Accountable for MMR and all Adhoc reporting
n
- Partner with project and construction teams on large relocations/restacks.
n
- Provide guidance and advocate best operational practices for the region.
n
- Escalation point for country site services managers and facilities managers.
n
- Review Regional Reporting processes and metrics.
n

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
n
n
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related field
n
- Prior experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level and experience with office interior renovations is desirable
n
- Knowledge on AutoCAD and CAFM systems is desirable
n
- Strong PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
n
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
n
- Excellent MS Office skills and GSuite - confident with all packages, particularly PowerPoint & Excel / Slides, Trix & Docs.
n
- Excellent organizational skills - able to balance daily demands with driving projects that support growth
n
- Excellent attention to detail when maintaining documents and dealing with data.
n
