We are seeking a **mature, experienced and reliable Holiday Resort Manager** to join our team in Surfers Paradise.
n
This is a hands‐on position for someone with solid experience in **holiday accommodation, resort management or hotel front office operations**. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, solving problems and managing day‐to‐day resort operations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Managing daily front office and guest services
n
- Handling guest enquiries, check‐ins, complaints and general requests
n
- Inspecting apartments/rooms to ensure they are ready for guest arrivals
n
- Coordinating cleaners, maintenance contractors and trades when required
n
- Following up maintenance issues through to completion
n
- Communicating professionally with apartment owners when required
n
- Assisting with bookings, emails,
phone calls and general administration
n
- Liaising with trades and contractors regarding minor building-related matters
n
- Supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the resort
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous experience in **holiday accommodation, resort management"
n
- Mature, responsible and confident working independently
n
- Strong guest service and problem‐solving skills
n
- Comfortable communicating with guests, apartment owners and tradespeople
n
- Well organised with robust attention to detail
n
- Able to manage multiple matters and priorities at the same time
n
- Good computer and administration skills
n
- **Experience using REI is highly preferred**
n
- Experience with holiday accommodation booking systems will be highly regarded
n
n
This is **not an entry‐level position**. We are looking for an experienced person who can take responsibility for daily operations, make sensible decisions and follow issues through to completion with minimal supervision.
