We are looking for aBusiness Analyst tohelp turnanauditinto a explicit,enterprise change program.

Activities

- Clarify scope and business outcomes
n
- Confirm what the initiative must achieve across declarations of interest, outside work, conflict-management plans, annual attestations, training, screening,reportingand audit closure.
n
- Translate accepted audit recommendations into clear business outcomes and deliverables.
n
- Map current-state processesn n
- Document how declarations are currently captured, reviewed, stored,escalatedand reported.
n
- Identifygaps, duplication, manual workarounds, unclear ownership and fragmented processes across People and Culture,



Research, Finance, Risk, Procurement, GSU, ITU and Workday.
n

- Define target-state processesn

n
- Design future workflows for initial declarations, updates, annual attestations, nil returns, supervisor review, conflict-management plans, escalation, register maintenance and reporting.
n
- Confirm where interim manual controls are needed if system capability is delayed.
n

- Elicit and document business requirements
n
- Support cohort and pathway analysis
n
- Analysedata,integrationsand reporting needs
n
- Support solution assessment
n
- Manage dependencies and traceability
n
- Prepare implementation artefacts
n
- Support change and adoption
n
