About the role

Exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join the team at our branch in Collinswood, SA. As a full-time Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate a team of cleaning professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns

Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction

Prepare detailed reports on service delivery and identify opportunities for growth

Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the cleaning team

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for





Proven experience in a client-facing role within the cleaning or facilities management industry

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with job scheduling or customer relationship management software

Adaptable and adaptable to changing demands and priorities
