Join our growing team as a Casual F&B; Or Gaming Attendant at The Stardust Hotel. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and ensuring the smooth running of our gaming operations.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Assist customers with game rules, new player registrations, and payments
n
- Ensure gaming equipment is functioning properly and notify management of any issues
n
- Monitor gaming floor activities to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
n
- Responsible for accurate cash handling and daily cash reconciliations
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer queries or concerns
n
- Adhere to all relevant gaming regulations, policies, and procedures
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous experience working in a customer service or gaming environment, preferably in a casino or gaming venue
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers
n
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
n




- Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail
n
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and a commitment to responsible gaming practices
n
- Current RCG & RGO must be held at the time of employment
n
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate must be held at the time of employment
n
