Love social media, great content and beautiful things? We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Austen & Blake team and help bring our brand to life across social, campaigns, events and partnerships.

Austen & Blake is a fast-growing fine jewellery brand specialising in made-to-order engagement rings, wedding rings and bespoke jewellery. Since 2018, we've been making beautifully crafted, personalised jewellery more accessible to customers around the world. Now, we're looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic marketer who's ready to get stuck in and make an impact.

We're looking for someone with energy, curiosity and a genuine love of marketing and social media.

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content or a related role.
n
- A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, plus other major social platforms.
n
- Experience creating content using Canva and/or CapCut.
n
- Great organisation skills and an eye for detail.
n
- Excellent written communication and a natural feel for brand tone.
n
- The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping things moving.
n
- A proactive, creative mindset and a willingness to get stuck in.
n
- An interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
n
- Sydney based.
n

Bonus points

n

- Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CRM or email marketing experience.
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days will look exactly the same. You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager across:

Social & Content

n

n
- Help plan,



schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
n
- Support content shoot days and get involved behind the scenes.
n
- Create and edit engaging Reels, TikToks and Stories using Canva and CapCut.
n
- Manage comments and DMs while bringing our brand voice to life.
n
- Keep an eye on the latest trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
n

Campaigns & Marketing

n

n
- Support exciting seasonal campaigns, launches and key trading moments.
n
- Coordinate assets across Social, Creative, CRM and Digital teams.
n
- Help bring showroom marketing campaigns and local activations to life.
n
- Track campaign performance and help turn results into insights.
n

Events, Partnerships & Influencers

n

n
- Help plan and deliver showroom events and brand activations.
n
- Research and support exciting partnership opportunities.
n
- Assist with influencer outreach, gifting and collaborations.
n
- Support PR activity and help identify opportunities to get the Austen & Blake name out there.
n
