About the role:

n

n
- Identify and proactively engage with suppliers and vendors to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
n
- Educate and support suppliers and vendors to understand and meet their obligations, acting as a subject matter expert in supplier compliance and relevant scheme requirements.
n
- Investigate compliance matters, assess risks and issues, and prepare reports, recommendations and written correspondence.
n
- Work closely with internal teams, government stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve positive outcomes.
n




- Build strong stakeholder relationships while managing challenging conversations with diplomacy and professionalism.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, policies and compliance practices and recommend practical solutions.
n
- Maintain accurate customer and compliance records, ensuring strong governance and attention to detail.
n
- Drive positive compliance outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

About you:

n

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
n
- Experience working in customer service, ideally within a highly regulated setting.
n
- Ability to manage conflict and handle challenging conversations professionally.
n
- Strong administrative and systems skills, including CRM record management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
