This represents a rare remote opportunity with a well established accounting firm with multiple office locations. This firm is growing at a rapid rate due to the visionary leadership shown by their Partners.

POSITION

Due to incredible growth, the position of 100% remote manager has been created.

n

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

n

n
- Manage a high quality client portfolio providing compliance and advisory services
n
- Manage a talented offshore team and review their work
n

n

CANDIDATE

n

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

n

n
- CA/CPA Qualified
n
- 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
n
- Minimum of 2 years experience reviewing work completed by junior staff
n
- Experience working with an offshore team
n




- Exceptional longevity and employment history (non negotiable)
n
- Experience with XPM and Xero
n
- Previous experience working remotely from home
n
- Strong technical tax knowledge
n
- Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
n
- Happy to attend head office (Brisbane) on an ad hoc basis (once a quarter) to stay connected
n
- Full working rights in Australia - overseas based candidates will NOT be considered
