Join our brand new multidisciplinary mental health team in the Northern Gold Coast! While driving high-quality, person-centred care across Open Minds' Medicare Mental Health Services, our centres offer assessment, triage, warm referrals, immediate and short-medium term support for people with varying levels of need, including those in crisis.

As the Program Coordinator, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our services, ensuring operational efficiency across administration, staffing, and resources. Partnering with leadership teams, you will drive service improvements and support the delivery of high-quality, integrated care within the community.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operations across mental health services to ensure smooth service delivery.
n
- Lead and support the administration team, including rostering, onboarding, and induction.
n
- Oversee office, facilities, and compliance requirements, maintaining protected and effective workplaces.
n
- Manage operational systems, data,



and projects to support performance and continuous improvement.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and improve community outcomes.

Requirements

n

- Tertiary qualifications in Health Service Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
n
- Experience within healthcare or mental health settings
n
- Current Driver Licence
n
- Current Blue Card
n
- Current National Police Check
n
