As the successful candidate you will have:

- 10+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance management

- Product experience includingISR, Liability and Motor.

- Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio

- Networking and relationship building skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to interact withManaging Directors, Insurance Managers, CFO's and CEO's of large enterprises





- Ability to work in a team environment

- Competent in IT and office procedures

Duties in this role will include:

- Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of commercial risks

- Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for current and existing clients

- Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets, including retention and growth targets

- Planning and developing client retention strategies
