With a strong pipeline ahead, we're looking for someone who can take ownership on site, lead a positive crew and keep projects moving.

The Opportunity

n

You'll take the lead on the day-to-day delivery of commercial plumbing projects, working closely with our Project Managers and plumbing team.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading and coordinating plumbers and apprentices
n
- Planning upcoming works and keeping the crew productive
n
- Coordinating materials, subcontractors and site requirements
n
- Reading drawings and identifying issues before they become problems
n
- Maintaining quality and completing project QA
n
- Working with builders, site managers and other trades
n
- Keeping works safe, organised and on program
n




- Developing the next generation of Fleming plumbers
n

n

You'll have the support of an experienced Project Manager — we're looking for someone to lead the site, not do five people's jobs.

n

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in talking to you if you're:

An experienced Plumbing Supervisor looking for a strong pipeline of commercial projects and a long-term future.

OR

n

An experienced Commercial Plumber or Leading Hand who's ready to take the next step into supervision.

n

You don't need to know everything on day one.
