About the Role

n

Due to the strong momentum on a flagship $120M multi-storey luxury residential project located moments from Chevron Island, we are seeking an experienced, quality-focused Finishing Foreman to lead the site through to successful handover.

n

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of all internal trade management, snagging, quality assurance, and defect rectification across high-end finishes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Directly manage finishing trades (plasterers, tilers, joiners, painters, services) to ensure strict adherence to schedule and high design specifications.
n
- Enforce rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)



standards from prototype rooms through to final handover.
n
- Lead defect management using digital site tools to drive a "zero defect" culture.
n
- Maintain strict site safety and clean working environments across active levels.
n
- Coordinate directly with client representatives, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve site queries efficiently.

Key Requirements

n

n
- Proven track record as a Finishing Foreman or Finishes Supervisor on high-density residential developments ($50M+ preferred).
n
- Trade background (Carpentry, Joinery, Plastering, or similar) with a strong eye for detail.
n
- In-depth understanding of high-end apartment finishes, joinery details, and waterproofing standards.
n
- Strong communication and site leadership skills-able to drive subbies while maintaining strong working relationships.
n
- Current White Card and relevant site certifications.
