- Support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team
n
- Lead by example, mentor, and inspire the team daily
n
- Support coaching to achieve and develop team knowledge and skills
n
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
- Foster a culture of safety and drive safe Work, Health & Safety practices
n
- Support effective stock management, accuracy, and stock integrity processes
n
- Assist with visual merchandising of stock displays
n
- Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services
n
- Recruit, onboard, and induct recent team members
n
- Create a fun and supportive in-store culture
n
- Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships
n

Requirements

- Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to progress in retail management
n
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
n
- Strong leadership ability to motivate and build high-performing teams
n
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
n
- Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks
n
- Ability to drive safe Work, Health & Safety practices

- Established business acumen
n
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and the wider team
