What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Conduct on-site assessments of residential and small commercial insurance claims
n
- Prepare accurate scopes of work and repair estimates (Prime Ecosystem experience a bonus)
n
- Coordinate and manage trades from start to completion — keeping quality and timelines on track
n
- Be the main contact for policyholders, insurers,



and trades throughout each repair
n
- Help develop and maintain a reliable contractor network across the Gold Coast & Northern NSW region
n
- Ensure every job meets Australian building standards and insurer requirements
n
- Manage multiple jobs simultaneously — organised, proactive, nothing slipping through
n
- Occasional travel across the wider SEQ region may be required as we continue expanding.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Proven experience as an Insurance Building Supervisor, Estimator, or Assessor
n
- Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction — or strong equivalent trade background
n
- QBCC Supervisor Licence (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
n
- Cert III in Carpentry or relevant trade is a strong advantage
n
- Solid understanding of residential construction methods and Australian building standards
n
- Comfortable reading engineering reports, scopes, and insurance documentation
n
- Transparent, professional communicator — with customers, insurers, and trades alike
n
- Experienced with job management or estimating software (Prime Ecosystem highly regarded)
n
- Current driver's licence and comfortable working across Brisbane and surrounds
n
- You don't need to tick every box — we care more about attitude and track record than a perfect resume.
