Job Description

Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a qualified mental health practitioner to deliver recovery-focused care in the community. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, plan and coordinate care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support adults with complex mental health needs.
