We are seeking a motivated Carpentry Apprentice to join our team and undertake a Certificate III in Carpentry while gaining hands‐on experience across a variety of residential carpentry projects.

The apprentice will work alongside qualified carpenters and gain practical experience in:

- Timber and composite decking
n
- Deck framing and subfloor construction
n
- Pergolas and outdoor structures
n
- Timber stairs, screens and balustrades
n
- Measuring, cutting and installation of timber products
n
- Reading plans and following job specifications
n
- Secure use of hand and power tools
n
- Site preparation, material handling and maintaining a clean and safe work area
n
n
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, willing to learn and takes pride in their work.
n
The successful applicant must be able to work well as part of a team, follow instructions and have a genuine interest in building a career in carpentry.

Applicants must have their own basic hand tools and a cordless power tool kit suitable for carpentry work.
n
Reliable transport to and from job sites is also required.
n
Most of our work is local, with projects mainly located throughout Melbourne's northern and eastern suburbs.
n
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
